Report A Scam, File A Complaint, Post Review

Here, you have the option to report a scam, file a complaint, or post a review. If you've encountered a suspicious website or have had a negative experience, feel free to provide details. Simply use the comment section below to submit your report, complaint, or review, and help others stay informed about potential scams.

Why Reporting a Scam Is Important?

Scams and fraudulent activities are constantly evolving, making it difficult for individuals to identify and avoid them. By reporting a scam, you’re not only protecting yourself but also helping others steer clear of potential threats. Scammers often target a wide audience, and without collective efforts to raise awareness, they can continue to deceive more victims. Reporting these scams ensures that websites, platforms, and users are notified about harmful activities, allowing for quicker resolutions and preventative measures.

When you report a scam, it provides valuable information to individuals and even to authorities and anti-scam organizations browsing the internet. Whether it's a fake e-commerce store, phishing website, or fraudulent service provider, every report helps build a safer online community.

How to File a Complaint?

Filing a complaint is an effective way to ensure your voice is heard and to potentially get the resolution you deserve. If you've been scammed or received unsatisfactory service from a website, detailing your experience through a complaint can bring attention to the issue.

Post A Review to Help Others:

In addition to reporting scams or filing complaints, posting a review about your experience with a website can be incredibly helpful to others. Online reviews are one of the first things people check before making a purchase or trusting a service. Sharing your honest experience can prevent others from falling victim to the same scam or issue.

When posting a review, try to be as specific as possible. Mention the type of website (e-commerce, financial, etc.), the nature of the problem, and any red flags that future visitors should look out for. Was customer service unresponsive? Did you receive a different product than what was advertised? These details can make a big difference for someone considering engaging with the site.

Remember, reviews are not only for negative experiences. If a website has provided excellent service or product delivery, sharing your positive experience can boost its credibility and help users make informed decisions.

How to Use the Comment Section to Report or Share?

Using the comment section below, you can submit your scam report, file a complaint, or post a review. It’s a simple process, and your contribution will help others stay informed and aware of potential online threats.

When submitting, make sure to:

  • Be clear and concise: Outline the problem in straightforward language.
  • Include important details: Provide specific information such as website name but not website URLs, transaction dates, and communication records.

Conclusion

  1. To whom it may concern. The money I spent on the items that you sent me for the, 2024 Amazon Warehouse Return Pallets Sale, is not even close to the amount of money that I put forward on those items. Some items I paid the current price or more than the actual cost. As a prime member I feel I been given inadequate material for the amount of money I spent. You have records of what you sent me and the amount for each item, I feel I've been treated unfairly by what I spent versus what items I received for that amount of money I paid you!

  2. Do not order from Topsworth. I received a product that doesn't even look anything like the picture or what was described. I have repeatedly tried to return the product and this is the response:

"We are sorry to have kept you waiting. Your express has been shipped, have you received the shipping link sent to you by the carrier? There is the tracking number on it. If you haven't received the tracking number, please reply to this email and we will update the tracking number for you"

    Extremely frustrating.

  3. Facebook Market Place is posting details about a 72 hour Wayfair clearance sale. The items are extremely low-priced and claim to be shipped to your address from various cities around the world, depending upon where you live.
When a buyer attempts to finalize the sale, some banks, such as Wells Fargo, will notice the red flags and stop the transaction; but unfortunately not all card companies will identify the scam in time, leaving the buyer with the problem of trying to get the money back.

Our research showed that the company pretending to be Wayfair is actually Hubei Gaorui E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
Head Office: Suizhou Impression 1-1-1503, Jiefang West Road, Nanjiao Street, Zengdu District, Suizhou City, Hubei Province

Once again, this is a case of "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". Buyer beware. We have notified Wayfair about this scam but so far it's been difficult to know what's really being done about it to protect consumers.

    • You are on the spot. Yes, we have also found lots of scam sites with parent company name "Hubei Gaorui E-Commerce Co., Ltd." that are misusing various brand names, not only Wayfair. Thanks for your detailed info.

  5. ASB*FITSBRITY DENVER CO 802022531 USA is the worst scam I have ever seen. On August 4th, I contacted them to remove the initial charge which was $40. I was then requested to pay $1 for the privilege. Then when I got in contact with an automated system that was "still learning". I received no help but was requested to pay an additional $5 to get more help. Naturally that didn't work either. I tried to phone but that didn't even connect. Now I see another $40 charge on my account. This company is, in my opinion, committing fraud.

  6. I ordered and paid for a Radiance One handset from Trendifendi.com on 18.08.2024. As I received no confirmation of the article, I became suspicious and contacted them, the first of many texts. No reply to any of them and no delivery of the goods. Trendifendi in my experience is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. If something is too cheap to be true, it probably isn't.
