Check If Scam Or Genuine In This Review

Our Fresh-Simplelfie Review: Safety Score – 31 out of 100. We have provided this safety score because doesn't seem to be a genuine store. Why? Let's find out in detail here.

We think Fresh-Simplelfie may not be a genuine online store due to these reasons:

  • Fresh-Simplelfie hasn't provided any contact details, such as a phone number or company address, which raises concerns.
  • Additionally, it looks a lot like problematic websites in how it writes and appears online, including its About Us page and even an image provided on ABOUT US is same as other multiple problematic sites.
  • Furthermore, its social media icons lead to 404 error pages, as appears across various scam sites.
  • Moreover, we've found many websites like this one that have received numerous complaints about delivery time, refund policy, customer service, and so on.
  • And, Fresh-Simplelfie is selling many goods at heavy discount rates, which further raises doubts.

If you have already bought goods from suspicious or doubtful online stores like Fresh-Simplelfie, then here are some steps you can take:

  1. Get in touch with the seller: Start by contacting the seller or the customer support of the online store like Fresh-Simplelfie using the contact info they've given you.
  2. Look for confirmation: Once you've reached out to the seller, check your email or order confirmation for any tracking info or order details. Since, genuine sellers usually give you tracking numbers or send confirmation emails to help you keep track of your shipment.
  3. Keep an eye on your financial statements: If you see any transactions you didn't approve, then quickly let your bank or credit card company know. So, you should regularly check your bank and credit card statements for any strange or unknown charges.
  4. Take action if needed:
    • If you paid with a credit card, then think about starting a dispute with your credit card company. So, get in touch with them and explain what happened to begin the dispute process.
    • If you used PayPal, then open a dispute through your PayPal account and reach out to PayPal's support team.

    • Also, report what happened to online fraud reporting agencies, like the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) in the United States.
  7. Change Your Passwords: If you've created an account on the suspicious website, and used the same password elsewhere, then change it on other accounts to be on a safe side.

How to check doubtful websites like Fresh-Simplelfie?

To check doubtful websites like Fresh-Simplelfie, remember these tips:

Contact Info:

Real websites have real contact info, like a real address and a working phone number. However, scam sites either don't have contact info or give fake ones.

Discounts and Offers:

Be careful with websites offering big discounts. Since, genuine websites usually don't have such huge discounts.

Copied Content:

Check content of websites like Fresh-Simplelfie. Since, scam websites often steal content from other scam sites. So, if you see the same stuff on different websites, it's safer to avoid them.

Website Security:

Make sure the website has SSL security. Also, check trust seal logos like McAfee or Norton. Real trust seals can be clicked and take you to official verification pages. However, fake ones don't work or take you to random pages.

Customer Complaints:

See if there are any complaints from customers about the website. A few complaints mixed with mostly good reviews suggest a decent reputation. However, if there are lots of complaints and negative reviews, be cautious.

Social Media Links:

Scam websites might not provide any social media icons, or provide the fake ones that don't lead to the company's real social media pages or profiles. So, check for the social media icons.

Fake Promises:

Websites that promise big money for easy work, super-fast profits, or instant weight loss are often scams.

Also, if you get offers like unbelievable deals, sales that sound too good to be true, surprise gift cards, prizes, or lottery wins out of nowhere, they're usually just tricks to fool you.

Find out when the website was registered using WHOIS. Be careful with brand-new websites.

Other Website Names:

Be cautious of scam sites that copy content; they might have other website names on their policy pages, checkout page, or at the bottom of their pages.

Also, some scam websites use different names for their website than their domain name. Furthermore, they might even use popular company names as their website name instead of their domain name. Be careful when you see this.

  1. Certainly not what they claim to be on Facebook. Says it is a UK company, but they send items from USA and have very broken English so I would suggest they are operating from China or India, definitely not UK. I paid via PayPal and went through the process to get to checkout for a £16 item, clicked pay and it immediately flashed up that I could get the item for £13 and showed the pay button again. Turns out I had now ordered TWO of the same item. Contacted them straight away as I had noticed they had added £3.50 TAX to both orders AFTER the pay button without stating that fact. I asked them to cancel one of the items and reimburse the money, they sent back £3.50 for one item but nothing more. One item arrived last week and today I get another email stating the second item has left USA! But still no reimbursement. Therefore they have taken £34.38 for a £16 item! AVOID.

  2. To be fair the item, a dog harness, is very good quality, but the website and customer services is a real let down.
