Ordered item, was getting tracking updates, then it stopped updating apparently from Cambridge , chatted on their contact page , got nowhere only them saying..please wait patiently, l emailed them saying l wanted a refund,got same runaround, so called PayPal, they fully refunded me, l feel they never even sent item just false updates..Do Not buy from this company..!!

gracefulk.com is a con I purchased a turtle lamp it came but was tatty looking and rattled when you shared. Contacted them and told them I wanted to return it and promptly told me no and there was nothing wrong with it when it left the warehouse. Put a dispute in with PayPal and messages were going backwards and forwards asking me to return the item I was not going to pay or return postage when it was there fault the item was defected I saked several times for a returned label but they refused. So I am out of pocket 25 pounds we a crappy lamp which is now in the bin. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER

I EVENTUALLY got my Owl lamp after loads of false promises.......took nearly 2 months and what a load of utter C@#p!!!! Nothing like the pictures. Shocking company, charged an extra fiver with no explanation?..Reported them to PayPal for full refund and to collect the item which if they don't will go straight into the bin!
